Level 184 is the fourth level in Whimsical Waters and the 38th Candy Order level. To pass this level, you must collect 120 green candies, 10 striped candies, and 12 two-layered icings and score at least 35,000 points within 36 moves.

Difficulty
- The player is required to collect 3 ~ 4 green candies per move, which can be slightly tricky even with four colors, as the board is somewhat limited in space with the icings.
- Said icings can be tough to reach, especially those in the corners.
- Additionally, the player must also create some striped candies.
Strategy
- Start by removing the top icing to give yourself some more space, and then start creating and combining striped candies to also knock out the green candy order. The rest will come naturally.
Past Version
- The original version of this level had a completely different shape compared to the current version.
- Additionally, there were regular icings in the way of the two-layered icings, making them much harder to remove.
- The old difficulty of this level was Nearly Impossible.
