Level 345 is the fifteenth and last level in Truffle Tomb. To pass this level, you must collect 20 colour bombs and score at least 20,000 points in 50 moves or less. If you have extra moves remaining, Sugar Crush will begin, increasing your score.

- The blockers reduce board space, and the candy bombs are major distractions.
- Five colours and mystery candies make it easier to create special candies.

- This level is the only level in the episode not to have any white chocolate present at the start of the level. However, white chocolate may appear from the mystery candies, which spawn every five moves.
