Level 8 (SCC) is the eighth level, the eighth moves level in Steve's Candy Crush, and the eighth level of Newbie Landing. To pass this level, you must score at least 17,500 points in 3 moves. When there are no more moves left, Sugar Crush will activate all special candies and score you additional points.
This level is a tutorial level that teaches players the results of the striped+wrapped, the striped+striped, and the striped+color bomb combos.
Difficulty[]
- There is no difficulty, as you can just do those combos and you're guaranteed to reach the one-star target score. But even then, this is the first level in which it is not impossible to not reach the target score. But, it is still nearly impossible to not get one star, as the combos give you 15,000 points and the cascades from the combos will guarantee the score to be reached.
- The introduction of marmalade can throw off some players, as it is introduced much earlier than in the original game.

Strategy, and earning additional stars[]
To pass this level, just combine the striped+wrapped as your first move. This combo will break the marmalade, which is the first blocker present in the game, to reveal the striped+striped combo. Do that combo, and the CB+striped will be revealed. Finally, do that last combo.
- The results of all three of the combos make the 2 and 3 star target scores very easily reached.

The level used to have 8 colors, but the purple jelly was excluded from all levels of Newbie Landing when Wafer Woods was released.
